BLETCHLEY PARK

1940S's WEEKEND

What a brilliant weekend Hayley & I had when we visited Bletchley Park for their July 1940's weekend. It truly is a very special place. Where extraordinary men & women worked a vast amount of painstaking hours to crack the Nazi codes which helped massively to shorten the war. The people fantastic as usual and we did not have one person decline when asked if they minded taking their photographs. Some even said " well that's what I dressed up for " . There is so much to see and do here that a weekend event is ideal to actually try and read the majority of history written down and as information in the individual huts. Your entry fee into the museum itself gives you a years membership from the date of purchase. We went there in May this year (2019) so to go to the weekend event was free , bargain..!! Hayley & I hope you enjoy our photographs and we look forward to read any thoughts you may have, good or bad.
