What a brilliant day we had when we visited Churnet Valley Railway for the first time this May. The weather was not great on the Sunday , but it did brighten towards late afternoon.  The people fantastic and we were really impressed with what you recieved for your entry fee. All day riding on the steam trains to the different stations and the evenings entertainment included. Brilliant !! We will definitely be going back next year.
